Nationwide also offers a consumer-directed plan, the PPO ChoiceSaver Plus. In addition, enrollees have access to the Benefit Solutions Discount program for as little as $10/month, which includes discounts on chiropractic services, hearing aids, vision exams/products, dental services, and even legal aid.
