Through years of reliable service and outstanding customer support, Kaiser Permanente CA has created a suite of product offerings based upon the unique and ever-changing needs of California residents. Primary coverage options include:

• 50 Co-pay plan: Among benefits include a well-child, eye exam and outpatient co-pay. There is no prescription coverage with this plan.
  
  
• 25 Co-pay plan: Pharmacy coverage involves a $250 deductible; well-child, eye exams and outpatient care is covered at no charge.
  
  
• 250/1500 Deductible:Members have their choice of deductibles; family deductibles are twice that of the individual. Pharmacy coverage is available with a separate deductible of $250 per year. Well-child care, vision and hearing screenings, scheduled pre natal visits, outpatient x-rays and immunizations are covered with no deductible. Hospital coverage is $500 after the deductible.

Kaiser Permanente of California also offers members access to four consumer-driven plans to go along with a HSA. In addition to this, Kaiser Permanente allows members access to many discounted health and wellness programs and products, including a dental plan and member access to the Kaiser Permanente Child Health Plan, which allows children the health care they need for one low cost per month. Finally, members are eligible to apply for their Steps Plan, coverage for those who make too much to receive state help but not enough to purchase their own insurance.
