Assurant Health Product Features

California is a large and diverse state, both in geography and culture. The sub-tropical paradise of the southern portion of the state, the hot desert of the east and the cool mountains of the central and North give residents plenty of reasons to settle in the state, but with natural disasters and the rising cost of insurance, residents also need to know that they'll be covered if something ever happens. With their unique needs in mind, Time Insurance Company offers California residents the following insurance plans:

• One Deductible Plan PPO: Enrollees have three different deductible options, after which coverage is 100%. Well-visits are covered up to $500/year. Prescription drugs are also covered with this plan.
  
  
• One Deductible Plan Traditional:  There is only one deductible for all persons  covered. No network  to worry about. Wellness is covered up to $500, and this  plan  has a prescription plan.
  
  
• PPO X-tra Plan: A high deductible offers low monthly premiums.  Prescription,  maternity and doctor's visits require only a co-pay.  Co-insurance  is 20% after the deductible has been met.
  
  
• Traditional Plan:  This has a standard deductible of $2500, with prescription,  well-child  and preventive medical included. Maternity is optional.
  
  
• Value Plan: Maximum deductible is $5000, with prescription, well-visits,  optional maternity and a co-insurance varying between 50-80%.

Assurant  Health was the  first insurance carrier in America to offer the HSA, in conjunction with their One Deductible HDHP. In addition,  they offer a plan for college students and a short term plan, discounts on  vision, dental, chiropractor's  service, hearing and x-ray services.
