Alliance for Affordable Services Product Features

For Californians in every stage of life, Alliance offers supplemental insurance to “fill in” the gaps left by traditional insurance companies.  With their unique needs in mind, Alliance offers California residents the following supplemental coverage:

• $5,000 Accident/Disability: Alliance pays members directly 30 days after an injury. If after twelve months a member is still injured, it is considered a covered disability. The $5,000 can be used however it is needed.
  
  
• $5,000 Heart Attack Benefit: If members or their spouses have a heart attack, they receive this amount to use in any way needed, whether for health care cost or child-care.
  
  
• Access to Health and Life insurance for those who can't afford it: Coverage is offered through Mid-West National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee. They offer primarily PPO plans.

Alliance also offers consumers Accidental Death Benefits for the entire family, access to the Association Rx Card (accepted across the country), prescription drugs by mail, and a Vision Discount plan, in addition to many more benefits.
