• MC 500/1500/2500/5000: These plans offer a large deductible range. Family deductibles are twice that of the individual. With these plans, members have an office visit co-pay, a 20%-30% co-insurance for hospitalization, and a separate deductible and co-pay for prescription drugs.
  
  
• MC Value 1500/2500/5000: This PPO plan is also very flexible. Enrollees have three deductible choices, with a 25% co-insurance on doctors' visits and hospitalization, in addition to a higher separate deductible and co-pay for prescription drugs.

Aetna also offers consumers a consumer-driven option, the High Deductible PPO1, in addition to flu shots, access to a 24-hour nurse hot-line, and discounts on vision, dental and health/wellness products.
